Sseru Media Solutions Ltd is an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and digital transformation company offering services including, but not limited to, website design and development,digital marketing, branding, ICT consultancy, training, and support services.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement.
• You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Uganda.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

• Services provided will be as described in a written proposal, quotation, contract, or service-level agreement.
• Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately and may require a revised agreement.
• We reserve the right to subcontract certain services where necessary while maintaining responsibility for service delivery.

• All prices are quoted in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule (e.g., deposit, milestones, or full payment).
• Late payments may attract interest or result in suspension of services until payment is made.
• All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Yes. We specialize in digital transformation for schools, including school management systems, websites, results management, attendance tracking, fees management, ICT training for staff, and commercial printing, among others.

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
• Respond promptly to requests for approvals, content, or feedback.
• Ensure that any content provided does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

All intellectual property created by Sseru Media Solutions Ltd remains our property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables is transferred to the client, except Pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, or libraries owned by us.<

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information obtained during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

We strive to deliver high-quality services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of digital products.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Sseru Media Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a service agreement by giving written notice.

Upon termination:

• The client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
• We reserve the right to retain deliverables until outstanding payments are settled.

We may integrate or recommend third-party tools, hosting services, payment gateways, or platforms. We are not responsible for failures, changes, or losses caused by third-party services.

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet failures, strikes, or government actions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ugandan courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
